Venus Trans Bt. is a Hungarian-owned company founded in 2005. Since 2007, our main activity is the international and domestic road transport of sea containers used in multimodal transport. In 2014, we started delivering emergency medicine domestically with refrigerated semi-trailers and three 12-ton vehicles. In the coming years, we continuously expanded our vehicle fleet, including several container transport semi-trailers with refrigeration units, with which we were able to take on a larger share of multimodal transport in the transport of both pharmaceuticals and frozen goods throughout Europe. From 2018, we also started dealing with ADR (dangerous material) transport. In 2023 - in addition to multimodal transport - due to the increased demand for the transport of refrigerated and tarpaulin goods, we started transport with new refrigerated trailers and from the middle of the year with several new tarpaulin trailers. From the spring of 2024, the sale of used and new sea containers is also part of our services.
We are constantly expanding our fleet according to the needs of the market, so we can say that by the middle of 2023, our company will have thirty-three heavy vehicles, three 12-ton and two 3.5-ton vehicles suitable for ADR transport, as well as forty-four semi-trailers (refrigerated, tarpaulin, and refrigerated container chassis). We are proud that our vehicles can be classified as Euro 6, which means they have the best environmental protection classification.
In addition to the expansion of our fleet, we are also paying a lot of attention to IT developments, which we can implement in our new offices in Alsónémedi from the spring of 2024. Our vehicle fleet moved with us at the same time. Comfortable container rooms are available for our drivers and a garage foreman helps them with their work.
We strive to move our family business towards the corporate level in the future, and to create opportunities for expansion in areas that need development.
