József Pacsirta graduated as a car mechanic and motor vehicle technician at the Ihász Dániel Vocational High School, and then started working as a driver at an IFA for his uncle, who is now an employee of Venus Trans. Later, he was placed with his ex-father-in-law, where they were containerized with two RÁBA. Since the cars had to be repaired often - often on weekends - he got bored and continued working for other carriers. In 2005, he founded his own company, Venus Trans Bt., whose main activity is the international and domestic road transport of sea containers used in multimodal transport.
